I returned my truck. I was told by a man where to park it. I returned it almost an hour before the return time. The man at the site told me where to place the keys. Today, I was charged a $20 return fee. That's unfair. If there was a live person at the site who told me where to go and what to do, why is it my job to check in the vehicle on my own? I'd like my money back.

This whole reservation was a frustrating process. I had to wait an extra day to get the truck unless I was willing to pick it up two hours (RT) in Gilroy. Then I had to wait until noon for the shop to open and the employee didn't even show up until 12:20.
