I thought it would be easier and faster to use the uhaul app--but the app is horrible (it wouldn't upload or save photos despite following the prompts)... This location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was MUCH easier to deal with a real person.

They dont have a sign on the door yet advertising U-Haul. But the correct door is really the only one that would appear to go to an office. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive.
