I would never go to a 24/7 corner store again. One clerk, one security window, having me stand aside for regular customers. Truck and window were dirty. No preinspection or equipment explanation. The address listed by the U-Haul website was confusing. Google Maps showed a county road with nothing around. I had to call the store to get directions and that was a challenge. I didn’t really till later that there was a closer major U-Haul dealer closer to me.
