The location was easy to find, however the entrance to was tricky. The staff was pleasant, and very helpful. They hooked up trailer up for me and I really appreciated it. They made my stressful move a little easier.Adam P.

Reservation was made 3 weeks in advance, including the need for blankets. We called to confirm the reservation 2 days prior. On the day and time agreed to, there were NO blankets, and we had to wait over an hour for our truck to be available. POOR customer service, poor planning. We paid movers to STAND AROUND for two hours, thank you UHaul, NOT!marie K.
Have information ready and a representative that knows what they're doing.. He was good spirited but just slow and really a beginner ..i use u haul all the time and this experience was the absolute worse. First I had a reservation and at the last minute the location I was supposed to pick my u haul up at told me the system had a error and they weren't supposed to let me reserve for that location and that's the location where I always want my transport that's why's book in advance. So this made me had to deal with the jerk offs on highway 70 east which just made things worseTerrence M.

Had to say "no" to well maintained since truck broke down in Missouri and did not run well after that. Salesperson had many problems using your reservation system, not sure if system issue or training issue ... but reservation made in system was not what we ordered, and extra moving blankets ordered were not present at pickup. Very disappointing experience across the board.Bill R.
