A sign on the gate advised me they closed at 3 on Saturday and Tuesday, nothing there to advise me on what to do after hours! Other than that it all worked out well and I am Very Happy with the Equipment and Price! TY Dillions

Stewart RI was not aware of mileage limitations and that I would be charged for extra miles. I don't know if I want paying attention or if it wasn't mentioned. I would suggest this be made more clear.

Paul VDillons tried to give us an okd trailer. They wrote an entirely different contract than my reservation resulting in a phone call requesting trailer be returned to them rather than Oro Valley on 5/2. They arenot open on Sunday so we were overcharged. Ery poor service.
SHARLYN KBooked a 3 day use and was charged 4 days. Also returned rental truck a day early as planned to another location. Still working on getting a refund after 2 days drop off! No response from my voice messages. Dillons in Benson Arizona.

Mike MLadies in the office were great & very helpful, but when it comes to checking in/out any piece of equipment, including hooking up a trailer (which I had to do & I`m on SSDI) Uhaul THINKS it`s the customers job to do that & they are totally WRONG!!! I had to manuver the car trailer to my rv & load our car without a spotter & that`s just plain lazyness on Uhauls part. I will NEVER rent ANYTHING from Uhaul EVER again. I`m fed up with ppl using COVID 19 as an excuse to not do their job!!!

William TThe lady at the desk was not the nicest. Seemed very frustrated and impatient because this was my first time renting. Failed to mention needing to refill the gas; I assumed that with .89 cent a mile that was included but not. Prices seemed a bit high but with everything costing more I can understand. The overall pickup and drop off process wasn’t too difficult.
