NELSON RThe owner would not check in the trailer after it was dropped off. I had to go back and ask him to check it in.

BENJAMIN MThe operator was inattentive. As UHaul is a side business, I had to wait for him to come complete my rental. He was on the phone ordering parts for a car while trying to enter my information for my rental. I returned the vehicle early (Sunday night 9:00) and called customer service Monday morning to verify that the operator had checked it in. The associate on the phone put me on hold to call. The operator acknowledge that the truck was there. UHaul called me Monday afternoon to ask if I had completed my rental. I assured the caller that I had returned the truck the night before. Clearly because his auto repair is his primary concern, the operator had not complete my rental return. When he did, he posted the return time as 12:00 pm, resulting in a additional day of rental. I have called to dispute the charge I have used UHaul several times in the past. This was absolutely the worst experience. I suggest UHaul reevaluate the franchise location they use. Clearly, UHaul customers are not a priority to the operator. If he isn't going to take care of the UHaul customers, he needs to give up the job!
Holli PThere was nobody in the front office. I had to walk through the garage to find someone who spoke English. When I found the manager he instructed me to simply drop off the trailer next to the other vehicle and offered no receipt for my timely dropoff.

Caroline SThe truck is kept along side of a building in an area with older vehicles and some junk. Not exactly an inviting area. Also, the truck was generally clean, but some dirt on the floor mats and stains on console are accumulating. It could use an internal cleaning. It is an older truck.
Shawn MThis location did not have my reserved truck. They canceled my original reservation and rebooked me with a much smaller truck. They also added on an additional $30 of insurance. I did not agree to. Would not use this location again.

Marion BI had no problem with this location. The problem was the U-Haul app. The U-Haul app gave me an address that couldn’t be found at first. Drove around for an hour couldn’t find it. The second time the lady helped as much as possible but was also clueless about the location. And instead of suggesting a new location she said call them back when u find it. I called the number again just to ask for a different location cause I couldn’t find the one they gave me. . I called the number again because the share my location wasn’t working when I finally got to a location I could find. This time the person on the phone wasn’t helpful at all she disappeared and didn’t come back. The last person I called finally was the best. She saw when the share my location wasn’t working on my phone she noted the account and helped me. Overall I found the whole thing very frustrating and would not recommend the U-Haul app to anyone.
Paul DThere are hidden rates... instead of $29 and some change in town it was $69 and change and instead of .69 per. Mile(as quoted) it was .79 per mile..... I had the truck for 2 hours
Jeff LSpoke with U-Haul rep on phone; was I surprised it was $120 rental; on line it said $91. Total was with taxes $159 - I think…. Still haven’t been able to open the receipt.

Connor KThere was no one around when I arrived. I had to go in back to shop...then had to wait 10 minutes before someone was able to assist. Didn't let me check out truck for damage...was rushed away.
John WThe fuel wasn't full, I drove it for 20 miles and the Guage read 3/4 tank. With gas prices being what they are thats not acceptable. Also third gear would hang up and not shift and run in high rpms for a bit. Made me nervous the transmission was gonna go out while I was moving
