There was nobody in the front office. I had to walk through the garage to find someone who spoke English. When I found the manager he instructed me to simply drop off the trailer next to the other vehicle and offered no receipt for my timely dropoff.

Was difficult to find a worker. Worker could be more friendly.
Caroline SThe truck is kept along side of a building in an area with older vehicles and some junk. Not exactly an inviting area. Also, the truck was generally clean, but some dirt on the floor mats and stains on console are accumulating. It could use an internal cleaning. It is an older truck.
Shawn MThis location did not have my reserved truck. They canceled my original reservation and rebooked me with a much smaller truck. They also added on an additional $30 of insurance. I did not agree to. Would not use this location again.
