I rented a 26 foot truck, and they never left me the key to my truck. There was a key in the lockbox, but not to a 26 foot truck. I called U-Haul and they had me take a key to a 20 foot truck instead. This resulted in having to find someone with a trailer, and others with pickup trucks because my belongings did not all fit in the 20 foot truck. Unfortunately, because of the key to the 26 foot truck not being there, the night before, and the morning of my move we were scrambling! I moved 45 minutes away, and my “manpower” was not able to take the time for two trips. Very disappointed!

Did not have the 2 dollys i paid for. Charged for after hours even though it was in my hours scheduled and told i would not be charged. Charged cleaning fee truck was swept and wiped down and in better condition than when it was picked up. Defintely would not recommend this location for anyone. Never had these issues at any other rental locations.

It took 1.5 hours to get my rental then when I dropped it off it took me an hour to access . Then I spent another 40-50 min on the phone. It's crazy how much time was waisted of mine. The storage unit facility has been let go. Just a mess.

Dropped the truck off after hours at about 830pm put the key in the key drop off box. Truck was locked up clean and ready to go. I called the next morning to make sure everything was good the guy asked if I checked it in and I stated I didnt really understand the process but he seemed unwilling to help so I went back on the website and then called the 800 number and the customer service lady helped me through it. Now I see I have been charged by dirty deeds for cleaning which was totally unnecessary and an "after hours" rate on top of that. So unfortunately my experience this time wasnt good and I've used uhaul a bunch of times through the years.

things went rather smooth, even though, I thought this piece was paid for when we placed the order but I had to go back to my bank, withdrawal money, go back and get the part. sorry for the lateness, been unpacking waiting for us to get internet out here

I could not pick up during working hours so it was so hard to pick it up your customer service is not great. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone

After being told to drop the truck off here, and providing all the pictures requested showing the condition and location of the truck, I was still charged 2 fees. I was charged a cleaning fee for a clean truck and I was charged an after hours service fee. Why?!?! No one ever helped me. I dropped it off and put the keys in the drop box.

It is very heavy to lift up to attach to the trailer hitch. They needed to bring out a fork lift because the owner at the location had a bad back and mine isn't good either.Had he not had a forklift to lift the tongue of the u haul up on the ball I dont know what we would have done.

Dogs barking and fighting inside location. Truck's check engine light came on and truck stalled out whenever idling.

My reservation was for noon, but when I showed up at 11:50 am, no one was at the location to give me my keys. I had to wait until 1:00 pm for someone to show up. If the location knew they would be closed during my reservation time, it would've been nice to have been told this in advance!

The guy told me to drop it and he said that's it. Then a few days later I get a call from uhaul saying it was not checked in. And I told them that it was drop off on Monday at 10:30 a.m. two hours before it was do back. So dirty deeds garage cost me more money than it should have been. I am VERY VERY mad about it. I think I should of got a discount or they should pay for it. Since it was there fault for all this BS.

I had called them to verify how to drop off the vehicle. All she said was they like pictures taken of the vehicle. And there was a drop box for the key she did not specify that the pictures had to be taken and could not be uploaded from the phone. So by the time I took all my pictures we had dropped the key in the box and I couldn't get back into the truck to take dashboard picture which I already had one but I could not upload it. I understand why you do that. but I had no idea that was the process. You need to specify that in the drop-off information

They helped eliminate stress through their assistance, speed, attentiveness, and friendly, helpful communication! I had a relative that had a bad experience with UHaul. Placed a reservation 2 weeks prior to our move and was called the day before (on a Sunday) letting me know the truck I ordered was not going to be available unless I wanted to drive 50 minutes to a location that had one. I then called U-Haul and they said they could get me a truck at this location (still about 20 minutes away) and that they would upgrade me to a 26 foot truck for free rather than the 20 foot truck I reserved for this inconvenience. I then went to pick the truck up at 830 like my new reservation stated, and was told they don't do U-Haul until 9:00 and that they did not have a 26 foot truck available. They ended up getting me a 20 foot truck and got it to me around 8:45, however when getting in the truck, I noticed the windshield was cracked along the entire bottom of the window and was told by the representative to take pictures and that she would write a note on the contract saying that there was indeed a cracked windshield. I was never asked to do a walkaround of the truck or check for cleanliness prior to being given the keys. This does not entirely fall on this dealer, but also the overall failed experience with U-Haul.

The guy at Dirty Deeds didn't appear to know what he was doing. We arrived at 8:45am and the sign to the shop stated open. We walked in and informed him we were there to get a truck. He stated "we don't open until 9am". He then needed my credit card, drivers license, my brothers information as a secondary driver, and also changed my insurance option. I did the express checkout days before so I would not need to do this. I found the truck was not clean in the cab or in the bed. The windshield wipers WERE AWFUL, the windshield fluid froze and we had to pull over and wait. No ice scraper in the truck. Not a happy customer.

I was charged a late fee on my credit card. I was told that all additional charges would be immediately charged to my card and I would have to do nothing. I called regarding late charge and was told that too bad so sad the late charge will NOT be removed. Lack of customer service is sad. I guess we will be looking for another company to rent from in the future. One VERY UNHAPPY customer here. I will also tell others to rent elsewhere.

Reserved truck and had to drive to 3 different dealers to get it. Was not at location I reserved it at. A 2 hour delay in my day. I also had to brush snow from truck windshield and get truck unstuck from mud. No assistance from dealer. Very unhappy with service.

Everything was excellent they have a very nice service, but they need to clean their location especially when have a lot of snow, it took me a while to leave the place because of the snow, other than that everything was excellent
