I reserved a 20' truck to pick up outside of mayville and return in fond du lac. I received information the day prior that my rental was available for pick up in west bend. I called and had that canceled and changed to the original location ( outside of mayville) but was informed I had to return it to the same location. When I arrived the website told me I wasn't at the correct location but I was. I called customer service and had to download the app. When I opened the back the appliance dolly and moving blankets I had ordered were not in the truck. I was able to get the items an hour later when wenninger auto sales opened. Overall not terrible but there were some hassles I had to deal with.

LOUIS CWe signed to pick up in Lomira (3 miles from our start) one month in advance. Two days before pickup, we were notified to pick up 15 miles further South. It was inconvenient for our schedule. We recommended location only if it is a convenient location to where client needs to pick up. Employee that helped us was helpful and efficient.
Mark WThey charged for fuel when we had the exact same amount when we picked the truck up. I have proof.
