KATHY AI needed a small truck 19.95 . For 3 or 4 hrs. I was told there was none available. There was approximately eight trucks in the parking lot. It was stated to me they were all reserved. Okay, that's fine.I was rented a $39.95 truck. Upon my return all 7 of the trucks that were there when I was told none were available.We're still there.I was very upset. It seems to me that I was not told the truth and I had to pay more money than I should have.So I was not very happy. They also did not have any hand trucks available on only appliance hand trucks. So in turn, I still had to pay more money, I have rented from uhaul for years and never had that happen before.

Christopher IYour team recommended getting some extra cardboard boxes for the move. "You can never have too much cardboard," was the actual comment, I believe. It was an excellent suggestion, as things turned out. There was, in the storage area we were having to empty, a large number of antique, wooden pieces of furniture. Without the extra cardboard, we would never have been able to move those antiques without damage (given the number of people we had available for the move). With the extra cardboard, we were able to lay the pieces of furniture on the truck's ramp and slide them up and down without damage to the pieces (think Egyptians building the pyramids). We were very pleased with the suggestion your team made.

The only reason for a rating of 4 versus 5 is because the service engine was on and the engine was acting up alittle. But the location & staff would be rated a 5. Thank you. I have used this facility 3 or 4 times; will rent again from them.

CAIO DAmen (sp?) did a great job handling all paperwork and set up of the trailer.
DAVID MMaintenance and cleaning of rentals should be better taken care of by staff. I wasn’t pleased to know that this location lacked in that basic discipline. I’m stating this only because I previously worked for U-Haul at a dispatcher in Colorado years ago.

ELAINE RI was told I would be picking up at a different more convenient location. Fortunately for me, this happened the last time I rented a trailer so I was watching for it. It would be nice if what we agreed on was actually what we got. Other than that, overall a good experience.
