The people at this location were very helpful. The first truck we got into had warning lights going off before we left the parking lot. They promptly gave us another one. This one had it shifting into tow every time you hit a bump and at one point a wrench indicator came on and the truck just shut off. We restarted and no further problems. Both trucks were dirty. We got no confirmation of after hours check in, had to call Uhaul to be sure. We were told Uhaul has a crew that maintains the trucks. They need to do better. The location takes the heat and that's not fair.Bonnie P.
Discontinue this franchise. Did not check equipment when I returned or log it in. Charged me for four days instead of two, as reserved and used. Cheap furniture store employee said he couldn't refund money (yet could take it). Said I had to call U-Haul @ 800 Go U-Haul. On my insistence gave me 803 547 6770. Refused me name of store owner. Said if all complaints forwarded to him, it would "blow the phone off the hook".Hank C.

It was difficult getting in touch with U-haul via the internet to turn the truck back in and do the final process. That was frustrating, but that was not the drop-off location's fault. The drop-off box to return the key was easily assessable.gary H.

Do not keep customers waiting for one person to help them when there is a 2nd qualified person available. Have the trucks cleaned out and ready to go in the morning before the customers come to pick them up. Do not switch reserved trucks for the convenience of the employees. Make sure the trucks are in working order before assigning to a customer.Mark N.
The only reason for the below average score is the truck I reserved had a cracked windshield that was not noticed and I had a 375 mile drive the next day. The gentleman tried to find a replacement but was unable, he called the district manager and was told it shouldn't be a problem but he wasn't the one driving it for 6 to 7 hours. That kinda pissed me off but the guys at the store were fine.jeff B.

3 weeks ago I rented from here and they didn't have the truck I reserved, had to go to another location. This time they forgot to load the moving blankets I ordered and the furniture dolly. Had to wait 90 mins for them to open to get the blankets, but they didn't have the dolly. Still keep getting billed the dolly anyway. Pushed my whole day back.Dean S.

Two major issues the strap used to ratchet down vehicle was damaged thus had to procure my own strap to be able to transport vehicle. Second while rental site hours were 10:00 Am to 3:00 no location closed and locked at 10:30 on 8/15 when I returned. Web excess did not allow return (session expired message and phone had hold time of over 30 minutes. I was charged additional day due to this.Glenn A.
We decided to do mobile pickup. Huge mistake! The website is not user friendly and we had to wait 2 hours to be able to get into our vehicle. We did not have the requested supplies and we had to take a 20 ft truck instead of the 15 foot we requested as well as they changed our pick up location the day before. The 30 mile credit did not cover our inconvenience and expense.Thomas W.
First truck I was given was full of sand in the back. So i was given another larger truck. However, lost a lot of moving time in the process. Could have at least let me use the dolly for free or a few miles free. I was overcharged. I should have actually gotten a refund because I went less than the estimated miles. Instead, I was charged more. The location said they cannot do anything about it and to call uhaul and your customer service line had me on hold over 2 hrs before I hung up frustrated. Booked a 15 ft truck with an appliance dolly. Selected mobile check in. Arrived to see that I was given a 20 foot truck on my booking but could not locate the truck in the parking lot. I ended up having to go inside and speak to the counter guy. He checked me in and said the 20 footer is all he had. He also said they had no appliance dollies. Used the truck. Returned it and dropped the keys in the drop box after hours as instructed by the staff at the location. After I drove 30 minutes home I double checked the return info and saw that I had to click return vehicle while still on site. So I had to drive 30 minutes back to the uhaul truck then 30 minutes back home. Had I not the staff would have charged an additional $20. They should have better informed me of the return process. The 24/7 pick and drop of via mobile device was a a horrible experience. There was another gentleman trying to pick up a rental and we both had to call in to talk to a customer representative to be able to pick up the truck. The store was closed at the time of pick up. To drop off the truck was another bad experience as the store was supposed to be open until 6pm and it wasn't. I had to use the mobile app. That whole process took 30 mins to complete. The dolly and raggs were not included in the truck as mentioned so I never got to use them.Cristhian A.
I rented an appliance Dolly with the truck, but when I got there, there was no dolly. I was told that they had given the last one to a previous customer. Why offer it and charge me for it if there isn't one available? Other than that, experience was great.Alisha S.

After I picked up the truck, I noticed that there was a hand truck in the back of the truck. Had to make a 30-minute drive back to the location to return the hand truck. Tow dolly left taillight was out. I have been to U-Haul locations that inspected equipment more carefully.Bruce B.

Pickup was quick and easy. Truck was dirty and had not been cleaned up by the previous customers. (Coffee stains on dashboard, left over bottles in the cabin - on the dashboard and behind the passenger seats, food wraps). Cargo area also was dirty and had not been cleaned up.Dimitrios B.

the truck I rented was not completely full as it was told to me an it appeared not to be but on my return I completely filled the tank up.. there's no way I used $60 in gas to go where I went an back.. FYI just make sure the gas is where it suppose to be on the return of the renterCalandra C.

The website is not user-friendly when picking up your rental nor dropping it off. I did not want to use the app due to the low score rating so I was happy that the website is an alternative. However, navigating and finding the answers to my questions were quite difficult, such as how to ensure my vehicle was ready for pickup and how to drop off my keys. I made the reservation and I received a confirmation email. I did not receive an email informing me that I am "good-to-go" on the day of the rental. I think providing a thumbs up method would be good for users. Also, the drop off keys. After taking photos of my rental, the website prompted me to a screen where I was to do the following: take photos, ensure the rental is locked, and turn the keys in following the steps on the drop box. However, the drop box reffered me to return to the dashboard and complete the prompts on my dashboard. I think there was no concise way of informing the renter just to put the keys in the box and you're good to go. Luckily, I rented from a location with guest services but I think cleaning up the confusion for users would make the transaction a lot easier for the public. Thanks-Leslie B.

They charged me for gas even though I had the receipt for it. The previous and post rental photos of the dashboard shows the mark of the fuel at the same place. I had to send the photos to customer care to get a refund. They were not ready to fix their mistakeJeby J.
