No one called me to tell me the quilts, furniture dolly and hand trucks were not available. When I found out, the service rep was helpful and found them at another location. So I had to spend my time and money on fuel to drive 25 minutes out of the way to get what I had already signed up and paid for. Then, I chose the drop off option as I would pick when I got to Birmingham. But later got a text saying I had to drop it off 35 minutes from where I was moving my son to. Went to a local stop, they were full, but helped me find another location closer to make drop off.

The reason I gave poor on location overall is bc I had to go to 4 different locations before I finally got to a location that had 1. The first address uhaul gave me was to a junkyard. The 2nd was just a storage place with boxes. The 3rd place I went just bc I knew of one close by. Then the sent me to another location on Wilson St ringgold ga. They had the truck. Then uhaul tried to overcharge me but the guy at the location called the. And fixed it. I got done what I needed the truck for so at least I had some good news. Ive rented from uhaul many times. This was the 1st time I had an issue. The man at the Wilson st. Location was awesome

Wheels need balancing badly on trailer. Was difficult to connect to trailer hitch due to weight and having to lift. If I hadn’t brought my husband I would have been unable to do it alone

I was told by the store owner to hook up the trailer myself. I’m a woman and not a uhaul employee. The store owner proceeded to hook the trailer up after I had to make a call to the distributon program department. I almost lost my life on the highway because the store owner did t lock the trailer down. Terrible experience

The vehicle was not ready when promised, and the site was not equipped to handle mobile pick-up as advertised and promised. I had to enter the convenience store and work with the clerk to get the owner on the phone to line up taking possession of the truck. The process was at least a 20 minute delay. Besides the truck being unavailable at the appointed time, the order for moving blankets was not available and I had to go to another store to secure the blankets that were promised adding more delay to an already delayed process. I had known these factors were in play, I would have chosen a different location or gone with a different company altogether. I made a decision and a commitment based upon what was promised, and sadly the agreement was not upheld, resulting in a poor experience.

I was over charged for my mileage by $80 and then was told I had to wait up 3 business day to get it back which is B.S.

Don't take ppl stuff an when they call to get it y'all don't have it. I had family members in the truck y'all took from me saying that I was 10days post return I only had it 4 days

Not what I am accustomed to from U-Haul I was left to find my trailer and hook it up by myself. No one offered any assistance or bothered to inspect the trailer

I was not sure I was at the right location since the owner has a running gas station in-front of the drop off zone. This owner had expected me to back in the 6x12 trailer I used into a tight parking spot, HALF on a hill, with the box truck next to it. I had asked for help backing it in since I could not see, and the owner sat on their phone the entire time without helping me. It got to the point where the owner had told me just to leave the trailer half out of the spot (as I could not get it all the way straight in because of the angle and other cars speeding around me to get in to the gas station). No closing paperwork was explained or printed out for me, and yes the app is great to an extent in that department.

The app would not allow us to check out the trailer at the scheduled pick up time. We had to call corporate (which is never fun) and have them override the system then talk to the on site manager so we could check out the trailer.
