This location was not picked by me. U-Haul changed the location the afternoon before my scheduled pick up to a location convenient for them. It was 45 minutes from my home. They did say they would refund $50. I will be looking for the money.stanley W.

The moving company that I had selected on the uhaul website never showed up. I school for 10am. I called 3 times and hours later they answered and said they would send someone right out. Then I received a text that said it would take 1hr 13 min for them to show and asked if I wanted to book a different mover. To which I said no I don't have time for that I need help. 1hr 30 min later I messaged them to see where they were. I was told the couldn't make it . This resulted in me loading everything up by myself. Including a 1500lbs tool box, engines and more. It really upset me. I would appreciate it if this issue could be solved for future customers. I will continue to use uhaul but I'll never use your movers. The company wS ATJ Home inovations.Corry H.
The location had the trailer I signed up for but did not have the appliance dolly I signed up for. If you can keep track of your trucks and trailers why not your dollies? The dealer also said Uhaul had taken all the appliance dollies so there were none at surrounding Uhaul dealers to rent either. This was disappointing as I would have felt more comfortable moving with an appliance dolly than the regular dolly I settled for. Not what I expect from Uhaul but not the dealers fault. That's corporates fault.William W.

I reserved a large truck for Sat at 10:15 am I received a phone call saying that the truck was running about 20 minutes late I arrived about 10:40 and the truck was not there it was an hour late so my move was an hour behind schedule and we were not able to complete loading and moving the furniture I had people waiting on me to help and the delay wasted my time and theirs I was very upset over thisDebora D.

I checked in online and only needed the key. The gentleman operating the business had a truck arrive the same time we did. He saw us and let us know his truck took priority. We stood and waited for him to unload the truck. We waited 30+ minutes for him to hand us a key. While I understand priorities, we needed 5 seconds of his time.Rachael M.

The original location MI used cars didn't have the truck, would not have been open in time. Good thing I went a day early. Went to Meta drive so I could get it earlier instead of LATE. This is Uhaul's fault in scheduling. Horrible. Will never use Uhaul again. 800 line was not helpful!Robert T.

Inspections of tires for dry rot. I made it an hour into my trip and started losing tread due to dry rot. I put a brand new tire on it rather than drive on it and blow it apart. Cost me ($84) almost as much as the rental. Also cost me a late fee ($115) for the place where we stayed for our vacation.Donnie W.

The trailer was not as clean as hoped. The guy that was helping with the hook up wouldn't listen when my husband said he needed to switch from the drop down hitch that was on it to a regular hitch. He said, it's ok, took a picture and walked away. They had no adapters for the electrical pin. The lot was so muddy that my husband shot mud all over the trailer and our truck getting the trailer out. The guy inside was nice though, so that was a good thingTina M.

I picked up truck using online at 7:30am. Truck window was left down and inside was covered in rain, the truck back fired, check engine light was on, vent blew in exhaust, inside smelled like marijuana, opened up the back and it had not been cleaned / swept out, moms attic has brown liquid in corners and along length of attic. When returned was told they know it needs servicing but Uhaul was backed up. They said when it rains the attic leaks in all trucks, didnt offer a discount nor an apology. Trucks are also in mud and there parking are is a pool of water when it rains.CHRISTOPHER P.

THE OUTSIDE WAS NOT AS CLEAN AS THE INSIDE.....BETTER SIGNAGE NEEDED NEAR THE RD. OTHERWISE YOU MISS THEM.... GPS OR ONSTAR SYSTEMS INSTALLED IN ALL VEHICLES!!!!!! I WAS GETTING LOST GOING PLACES I HAD NO IDEA WHERE I WAS!!!! IT BECOMES A SAFETY ISSUE!!!! I CAN'T LOOK @ MY PHONE FOR DIRECTIONS & THE ROAD @ THE SAME TIME ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT WHEN I CAN'T SEE THE STREET SIGNS!!!!! PLEASE CHANGE THIS SOON!!! I was scheduled to pick up at my vehicle 11:00 am Saturday in Wendell . However when I arrive there they told me that the vehicle was not will not be available today. So I called a reservation days and the lady was able to find another vehicle for me. And this was at the drive in a hour to get to Wendell. When I called the reservation is she was able to find another vehicle then my price for the vehicle it went up. And then I had to turn around and drive back another 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle. And I felt like that it should be in the same price as I will be in one having to do all the driving to go back and find a vehicle. And the price should've been the same.Willie H.
