The inside ofbthe floor board was dirty with mud stains and smelled like cigarette smoke. The interior was not fresh.

Wayne DWas overcharged due to the negligence of the employee. I drove 37 miles but was charged over 100. He then blamed me for not looking at the link to audit the miles. He did not check the miles prior to the contract. I called him and he said he could not change this. No apology for this apathetic lazy unprofessional employee. His whole store also stunk from him smoking. Do not go to Uhaul and certainly not this location.
JOHN LThe renter said he would give me 60 free miles and on my transaction receipt after turning it in I only had 41 miles that came with the rental that matters a lot. Considering I was supposed to make two to three trips but was only able to make one trip due to having trouble getting the car out of the spot it has been sitting for a couple years.

Devonte BMy overall comments for this experience is terrible. I ordered my rental several weeks in advanced and requested moving help. The moving help initially booked never answered my phone calls and I had to cancel them and rebook with another company. Well when I did that I called in to the customer support line and the person who helped booked for the wrong date. So the moving help arrived at my unload location a day early. So I had to go back and cancel them just to rebook again. Then having to get my rental was a nightmare. The week of having to get my rental I was called and advised my location would need to be changed for pick up. I go to the location that I was changed to and find the truck. However, there were no keys for me to use the truck. I then have to call in again for the 3rd time in a week to get assistance. After a new location was found I had to drive an hour each way to get the truck and take it home. Additionally, I ordered furniture pads and I did not have those either. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with U-Haul. The customer service provided by the agents I spoke with was good but overall I would like to obtain a refund for the amount of extra travel I needed to do.

Jerry VYou moved my location from one that was just around the corner to one 30 miles away. That’s not cool. Then you charged me for gas after I had to burn up my own gas to get to the location that you switched. Just terrible…this after I confirmed my preferred location with a phone call…I am not happy and I will tell others.

Dawn CI had to guess my mileage! I went over my guess and was charged heavily. I brought it back before time, I put more gas in the truck than was in it when I got it. This is an outrage!!! Have me guess the mileage! What?!!!

Store person rang me up wrong (Training) Incorrectly hooked the chains to my vehicle - we corrected (Safety and training issue) Did not close the ball lock on the trailer until i asked about it (Safety and training issue) Did not check my lights for functionality - when I asked him to do this he was dismissive. (Safety and training issue)

Horace BToo many U-Haul trucks. One way rental gets a first months free storage. Not true on rates or location. Tried three times. Then I rent what I think is more than enough 15' truck. I filled the gas to where it should be I still get charged because he said it didn't match enough between 1/4 & 1/3. Pretty tough to do. My $30 rental came out over $100.

Ray AYou have a way to charge your customers for fuel vehicle rental and you should also have a way to reimburse a customer for over fueling as well. This needs to be fixed ASAP!!
NATHANIEL CIssues with the miles that not able to get resolved before they simple sent the truck out to another person within 10 minutes of my arrival even though I clearly stated I wasn’t checking it in until resolution and I was STILL within my rental time. I need my $50 overcharge back!!

Delores OThe Uhaul was filthy, the passenger door wouldn’t hardly open, the internal door locks had been chewed by a dog and cut my finger from the sharp edges, the steering wheel shook so much my shoulder is sore, and the rental truck itself needed some definite repair before being rented out again.

JAMES CThe side view mirror was not tightened properly. It was so loose that driving would cause the mirror to turn. This is definitely a safety hazard.
