Excellent customer service!
ERIN DThis survey doesn't cover the fact that my original reservation was "double booked" and I had to go to this location for a truck. No one needs that stress on a moving day that is already stressful. This is the second time this has happened to me with U-haul. Your reservation system is flawed. The King St location is a wonderful location with great staff. At least I ended up at a decent location.

CARI CI booked this rental for a self pick-up at 8:00am, but when I arrived the vehicle wasn't ready for pickup. I had to wait until 9:00, when the facility opened, to get access to the vehicle. I learned from the worker that Uhaul didn't communicate about my reservation until the middle of the night, and the worker had left at 6:00pm the night before. Uhaul should improve their coordination with local facilities and communicate reservations further in advance to prevent this from happening in the future.

ANNA EDashboard light came on saying “tighten gas cap” so I did. But when I went to put gas in it at the end, couldn’t get the gas cap off! Person at desk couldn’t either. Otherwise, all good.
RHODA PThe office representative that helped me was incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming. I forgot his name but he had dark hair in a pony tail and made this whole process super easy. Thank you
MEGAN Dmake the vehicle actually look like what you do in the app before you drive away. in the photos it was referencing the vehicle was clean etc, the one i had in front of me was not.
SCHAE SEven though I made sure to return vehicle to location before it closed, I was not allowed to return key until I had completed the lengthy checkout process on my phone. By that time tthey had left and i left key in the dropbox. Taking an extra 15 minutes to figure out what I needed to do and take all those pictures was annoying when there were employees right there. Also if i had known i had to do self checkout and use the dropbox, i would have appreciated extra time with the truck. Further, the self checkout process was not very clear about what to do with the dolly..

Paul VThe truck had less fuel than was documented. I wasn’t reminded that I needed to check it myself before leaving, only that I had to bring it back with the same amount. I stupidly assumed that the fuel level was correctly documented by the location that rented it. I shouldn’t be held financially responsible because I didn’t catch THEIR oversight in the beginning. The attitude I got was... oh well, you lost your chance. It’s not our fault that you didn’t notice. Please pay up.

SANDA MWe had to sweep out the cargo space before use. The first cargo van we rented at this location was ready for use.
patricia sRenting was easy however when I picked up the truck I was told to bring it back with the same amount of gas as what it had. I only drove the truck 10 miles and put 2 gallons of gas in it before I returned it and they charged me for gas!

Stephanie MI love this location. It was within walking distance from my home in Lakeway Estates. The office was clean. The agent I worked with was efficient and friendly. A very good U-Haul experience.
Karen FGreat experience except for the high-pressure insurance coverage sales talk that this location was pushing! $11 on a $21/day pick-up truck rental!! You've got to be kidding, right? "Oh no", she says. "Take for an example you're driving along the highway and a rock hits the front windshield and it cracks. The windshield replacement is $4,000. We won't wait for your own car insurance company to settle and cover this damage and you'll be expected to pay this immediately upon return of the vehicle!" There's a sucker born every minute, but I'm noting buying into your scare tactics. Beware renters of U-Haul vehicles. Just say no to their insurance coverage!

RYAN DThe guy who helped me charged me a 60.00 deposit for the rental of a furniture dolly. I had the dolly for 2 days with a charge of 7.00 a day for it. He kept my 60.00. after he reassured me that I would get my 60.00deposit back and then I would pay the usage charge for the dolly. I would like my money returned. Thankyou he has no right to keep it.
