I paid for the equipment, although I never used it, but I was still charged

So I chose this location despite the bad reviews but I quickly saw why it’s so low. It appears they arent running the service properly…they added blankets and dolly to my order (but there was no blankets or dolly in the truck) and I had to ask 3 times to remove it. I returned the truck during business hours and they tried to get me to check the truck back in (even though they are supposed to do it when you return during business hours) Then I see my receipt later and they added $50 charge for fuel even though I got gas when I returned it…right at their gas station lol. When I called customer service they said it was because the location had the fuel set higher than it was when I picked it up…but I took a picture of fuel level and uploaded to uhaul before using rental and they still overcharged me. Wanted to give an honest review so that others may see what to expect…I rent a lot of uhauls and I likely wouldn’t return here until they get some training on how to properly run the uhaul service. Uhaul is great though…just not this location at the moment lol

I need my refund because I was diverted to this location due my previous truck not being properly returned and it delayed me around 30 minutes from actually getting a truck and starting my move.

Took us close to 4 hours to get a truck and was sent to 3 different locations. The system and process used is horrible. No one takes responsibility and we wasted 4 hours on locking up a truck that was reserved and paid for. Just horrible!
