The gas station attendant was very friendly and Emma on the phone in Spokane Valley was very helpful. However, there were a lot of technical issues with Uhaul that day and it took me almost an hour to get the keys and be on my way. In addition I was overcharged by about $25 and transaction was put on the wrong cc. All in all a big hassle. Trying to gauge how much gas has been used is ridiculous. Starting and returning with a full tank makes more sense. Lastly, it appears that the truck got about 5 miles to the gallon even with an empty truck.

The Uhaul worked great and was a huge help during the move. The prices were not too expensive. The location I picked up from, however, was very new to renting Uhauls, which made checking out and checking in a very confusing process. I hope their staff can be more supportive next time.
