Cobwebs on both mirrors. Windshield dirty and covered in dirt/dust. Truck bed had garbage left from prior rental. Truck that was reserved was blocked in and we had to wait for the site staff to find the person that had blocked the truck with their personal vehicle. Furniture pads that were reserved and paid for with reservation were not with truck. Site staff were unable to help and did not have pads. All in all a poor experience.

The rental process overall went pretty smoothly. However, even though the location is staffed, they make you do mobile check-in – so I didn’t get the impression they would’ve been able to help me with any reservation issues or questions. The location itself is a somewhat remote and dilapidated gas station that I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable leaving my car for a while. But like I say, overall my reservation went fine.
Samuel HThe gas station attendant was very friendly and Emma on the phone in Spokane Valley was very helpful. However, there were a lot of technical issues with Uhaul that day and it took me almost an hour to get the keys and be on my way. In addition I was overcharged by about $25 and transaction was put on the wrong cc. All in all a big hassle. Trying to gauge how much gas has been used is ridiculous. Starting and returning with a full tank makes more sense. Lastly, it appears that the truck got about 5 miles to the gallon even with an empty truck.
Ryan MThe Uhaul worked great and was a huge help during the move. The prices were not too expensive. The location I picked up from, however, was very new to renting Uhauls, which made checking out and checking in a very confusing process. I hope their staff can be more supportive next time.
