Hi my names John Young I recently rented a 20 foot truck I really can’t complain it was very good service and not too expensive just when your customers order equipment like furniture dolly and box dolly they should already be in the back of the truck ready to go

DANIELLE WA lot of pot holes & puddles in the parking lot. No where to really walk to avoid getting my shoes wet. But customer service was great! & I just wish I knew that when returning after hours that I needed to complete the procedure on the app before dropping off the key.

RONALD KThe staff were so nice and thorough. And I observed him with another customer and he was impressively patient with them. The parking lot was pretty tight, not ideal for folks that are use to navigating with massive vehicles. Not really room for anything that wasn’t a UHaul. Dropping easy enough because the lot was already full so I just had to stop. But I would have really struggled if I had needed to get the van in to a specific spot.

DANIELLE WWhat can I say? I ordered a truck at hayfield pick up. Hour before I pick it up I get a call, asking me to pick up at this location instead. Apparently the internet was down at bayfield. I end up having to go to this place..had to start my agreement over even though I did it online. Cost more than online quote More Kms from where I wanted to pick up What else could I say? Customer service was bland as bland can be, I left feeling sorry I had wasted his time - customers should T feel that way
CHRISTOPHER HMani the boss was very rude and after returning the truck I was overcharged on the mileage and when I explained this to him, he would not adjust or correct the invoice. I took photos of the odometer upon pick up and return but he still didn't believe me. Beware of this location, they will try to cheat you so be careful and make sure all is clear before you leave.
TIMOTHY SWorst experience ever. Guy called us and asked if we could come early. So we did and he wasn’t there. We called him, no answer so we left to come back at our scheduled time. He called in between asking where we were, and we said home and that we would meet him at the scheduled 3pm. He agreed and said he’d meet us there then. When we arrived he was again not there. We called him he said to call the number located on the door. When we called that number they suggested we follow the online process. Horrible experience. Would use anything over U-Haul in the future. Very disappointing.
Conrad Strailer lights don't work...tongue is bent and hard to raise...trailer is bent and travels misaligned...I couldn't tow my vehicle home with this..Unsafe to use on highway....will not rent same trailer again...

ZOHAIB AThe parking lot was a mess! With used cars and random parking making it difficult. No one in office even during business hours! I got my truck, opened it and the blankets were open and laying everywhere, there was no dolly inside - that I was charged and paid for, the truck had food and sugar packets in the cab, the dirt everywhere in the back wasn’t swept out.
Jennifer DI am not an online reviewer, but WOW! I will never book from this location again! The Devine Logistics Bradford St location had no staff and the trailer I had reserved was blocked in by three cube vans including one with a flat bed attached. This location is way to small for the amount of equipment they have to rent.I called the number listed on the office door if the door was locked and when I called the staff who answered was rude as if I was an inconvenience to speak to. I asked where the trailer was that was scheduled for my pick up and he answered “it’s the only one there” When I told him how the equipment was blocked in he asked if I could come to the location at the Bayfield mall which he said was only 5 mins away. I arrived at the mall and called the number again to ask where his office was. Again rude and demeaning in his tone saying to go to the big doors and I will see a sign in bold letters saying Bayfield Mall, and then once I come in to turn left and go up the stairs and the office is there. Once at the office I waited as he checked in a man returning a 12’ trailer who was trying to tell him that one of the tires was flat but he had put air in it, but that the wiring was also faulty causing the lights not to work properly until he moved it around. The staff member didn’t blink an eye or even acknowledge the issues he was just told about a piece of equipment that are safety issues. Once served by the staff member I asked if I could check back in on the app. He said probably not because it was reserved for the Bradford St location. Not really reassuring considering I’m leaving it in a mall parking lot far from any cameras. The trailer was full of garbage which I had to throw out prior to taking it. The wiring harness was taped in multiple spots but worked. The lift handle on the tow bar was missing and the hooks for the three point attachment are so bent they barely hooked onto my hitch. I understand that people can be having a bad day, but don't take it out on customers that keep your business running. This is night and day from the “whimsical emporium” location on Essa Rd where I am a regular customer. They check the trailer prior to leaving for cleanliness and to ensure the lights are working properly (they repaired a faulty harness before I left with one rental) and ensure proper 3 point attachment. I only rented from Bradford St (Devine Logistics) locations due to availability on the date. Never again.
Sean WExtremely horrible experience, dirty truck full of cement, dispatched with wrong drop off location than original contract, changed kms, and refused for any assistance. Only online uhaul for any correction, called 5 times to explain and resolve same issue with no explanation or feedback.

Lauren HGrade the lot so the client did not have to wade through 8" of water to get the vehicle. Organize the office and make sure the system is speedy for clients. I was there over an hour.

PETER DOnce again I had an issue with this location. I booked it as a mobile pick up, so I started doing that but couldn’t get into the back of the truck so I went inside to see the clerk. I was told they had the key and when we got outside I was then switched to a different truck, no big deal except the clerk didn’t change it in the system so as I continued the online info the gas was not the same nor were the kms. Now I have been charged for the gas and kms. So annoying.

HILTON KDelays in getting the keys. Upon inspection there was a fridge and garbage in the back of the truck. We then had to continue to wait for someone else to show up to remove the fridge. While driving a water bottle with a cigarette butt rolled under the pedals. Absolutely horrible rental experience
JOSHUA LTruck was dirty. There was garbage inside. No maintenance. They did not have the add ons I ordered (like the blankets) Truck broke and almost didn't make to destination. Had to call road side assistance, no fix, had to be towed. In the I still got charged for gas and milage, even when the guy from customer service advised that they were aware I wasn't able to fill up the tank.
Leonardo LThe lot was not plowed whatsoever vehicles were getting stuck left and right. Including the haul truck itself. The person at the table did not have proper training how to use the system did not explain the debit/credit card process at all. Was texting a friend trying to figure it out half of the time and could not follow coherently with the questions we had. Abysmall service. Also the keypad said there is a discount if paid for cash. But cash was not an option. Unfortunately I won't be using that locations services again.

Sandra AMake sure the vehicles are maintained. Engine light was on, tire pressure was very low, oil needed to be changed as it came on as a sensor, and there was no window washer fluid which I used my own because I couldn’t see. Otherwise everything was great!
BIANKA TI booked a 20 ft truck, the day of I picked up a 15 ft. Not everything would fit. Truck wasn’t started opened, cleared of snow , -25 weather uhaul is uhaul, you get what you get .
ANGELA SI had a frustrating experience with U-Haul today. I arrived at the location at 8 AM, as per my reservation made through the U-Haul app. However, no one was there. I knocked on the door, rang the bell, and waited, but the store was closed. I called the store’s contact number, and someone answered. They asked me if anyone was present at the location, and when I said no, they promised to call me back to check. A few minutes later, they called back to inform me they would send someone. It took about 25 minutes for an attendant to show up, open the store, and proceed with the process without any issues. However, there were other problems: I had requested 12 blankets, but there was only one pack with 4 blankets available. Additionally, the truck’s gas tank was only a quarter full, so I had to stop and refuel before starting my route. These issues caused a significant delay in my schedule.
TIAGO TPerson had no knowledge of hooking up trailer, did not know whar ball size to use. Trailer was frozen and covered with snow. Sales person walked away and told me i should check the lights before i go. When i put car on trailer the hold down strap was broken and unuseable. I had to use additional straps to hold car down. I did let the sales person know this when i returned the trailer but they did not seem to care. Brutal service and dangerous practice to send a trailer with no knowledge.

MARGARET TI was told the truck I ordered was facing the street, but it was parked somewhere else. The blankets that I ordered were not there. The truck inside was a mess - banana peel, used water bottles, ear bud, empty can of windshield washer fluid, cigarette. The crank on the driver side window was broken. Loose visor. My advise for the next customer... rent from Enterprise.

STEVEN PThe gentleman on site was pleasant enough and we were having a freezing rain storm. The truck was awkwardly parked, encrusted in ice, another pickup was blocking my exit (further delaying my exit) and the grounds dangerously unmanageable. No effort was made to improve my experience and the gentleman made it clear that he wouldn’t be at the location upon my return and that I would have to rely on my phone to return the vehicle (lucky I had one). The very minimal amount of effort was made to improve my experience

NATASHA NI was charged cleaning fee. I called to argue and was told someone would call me back in a few hours. But nobody called. The office was closed when the truck was returned. So nobody checked the truck at return. How clean you expect the floor? It was not supposed to let people sleep on it. It was supposed to let people walk on floor and move stuff in and out. The office was closed so I couldn't even get a broom to sweep the floor. I cleaned the floor as much as I could. There was no big difference about cleanliness between before and after I used it. Do you expect every customer to bring cleaning tools when renting a truck?
PING ZI don’t recommend because the costumer service is very poor and while business opening hours the office was closed and no one answered the phone in my opinion this is ridiculous. I had to call several times and wait over 1 hour after my pick up time to get the owner to answer my call and wait for the owner to arrive to give the keys. In the end without a sorry or anything, very rude. I will never go to that rental location again.

RAFFAELE GI booked a 10' truck for self pick up after hours. Followed the steps on my phone, and when got to the "get your keys" step, the keys weren't there. There was no lock box. I called a phone number found on the office door of the location, and the representative said they forgot to leave the keys. I got there at 5:30pm and it was already 5:50pm. I had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to come and give the keys. The guy was really rude too, not a customer service person at all. Also, I ordered a moving dolly and this accessory was not in the truck, so I paid extra for nothing.
Allyson PInterior had a light layer of sawdust but otherwise the van drove great. It was nice to have a newer van for my drive so I knew I’d have no issues on the road for my long one-way trip.

Don DI rented a cube van for 8am on Sunday morning and arrived on time, however there was no staff there to provide keys or the rented items. At 8:20am I received a call from someone stating they were at the Bayfield St location as someone called in sick but they were on their way to help and should be there in 10 minutes to assist. Unfortunately they did not arrive for 40 more minutes. I had a strict timeline to move my daughter out of residence which I was not able to adhere to. Inquired if my rental fees could be reduced but was denied. Leaving an hour later than planned drastically affected my day costing me money and wasting my time. I had 5 hours of driving and really needed get the job done quickly. I had to take the 407 in an attempt order to reach my destination on time and was charged a penalty from my daughter’s school for not vacating at the agreed upon time. Overall I am very dissatisfied with this location and will be going elsewhere for my next rental. Management need to have better provisions in place for when people call in sick.
Sarah MI was not notified that the pick up location for my rental was changed until the moment I arrived. I had a tight schedule with movers waiting. Rep on site was friendly enough, but my moving day was greatly affected as I had booked this rental a month in advance.

Michael OI was given a truck with poor mechanical issues. When I contacted the location to correct the issue and replace the vehicle, I was met with an employee who had left for the day and not willing to listen to the issue or understand the problem. Of note this was still within business hours. The employee said I was receive financial consideration on my bill, only to still be charged the full amount. I would never use this location or service again.
Sean SThis location is just fine, but the Stroud location was where we were supposed to pick up this truck. The guy couldn’t even be bothered to get there at the appointed time. When I finally contacted him, he told me to download the app to get into the lockbox. Couldn’t download the app. When I finally got a hold of a U-Haul representative, they got the lockbox code for me. When I opened up the lockbox, it was the wrong key. The representative said he’d be another hour before arriving, and we switched locations as I had movers standing by waiting. The Stroud location is bloody useless.
STEPHEN RWas a complete nightmare! Used the truck for 3 hours and 10 kms. upon returning way ahead of time, the office was closed so forced to use self check, which was a complete shit show, wasting 1.25 hrs trying to do. And on top of all this, was charge almost triple of quoted price when booking. Needless to say, will never again use uhaul nor recommend, usless you’re looking to get ripped off and waste your time go elsewhere!
Kathleen WThe truck was rented under my name without me even knowing about it. The signature wasn't mine on the contract, while all the details were mine. It's a fraud and I can file an official complaint against a dealership which rented it out, and the person who did it
Anna MMy pick up time was the uhaul offices opening time which was 8 am. No one was there at 8 am, I waited and then called the office number. A manager called me back and arrived by 8.30 am as the employee never showed. This delay caused me to be late for my delivery to a client. I need a reliable location and will not rent from here again.
kevin gWhen I picked up the truck they said the tank said 1/4. But it was 1/8 ,38 miles to empty. When I went back to talk about this. He said don't worry about it.
