The front desk guy was knowledgeable and also considerate. I'm really happy with the service.
mark gLast time we used this location they charged for fuel used and only refunded when we showed photo proof we had refueled. This time we were charged for late return when we returned the unit at 1:30 pm after picking up at 10:30 am. Carefully watch your invoice
Randy DI stopped by the day before during business hours and nobody was available to answer questions on our reservation. We had a reservation for 8am and employee was late to open which caused us to be late for our appointment. The driving lights on the trailer did not work, luckily they were not required. The 6x12 trailer is very heavy to lift on the trailer hitch without a jack installed. Not user friendly.
DARRIN MI rented my last truck from this location and they should be investigated and shut down. I believe they have been investigated in the past. Read the google reviews on this location. Most people have nothing good to say about it. Dirty & sketchy looking office.
