The electrical was exposed on trailer lines, the merchant was almost an hour late coming to the location for myself and another customer to pick up the trailer at the assigned time which made me very late.

Both wing mirrors were rusted and seized.....could not be adjusted making driving the van difficult. Also, the gas mileage saver gauge was not functional

Md MThe process of pick up and dropping of the trailer was very good. My only suggestion would be to have a stand for the tongue of the trailer. It is almost impossible for one person to lift the trailer onto the hitch. The staff were very helpful.
