First assigned a vehicle with broken and non functional indicator light. And then replaced with a vehicle with inaccurate mileage recorded. Overall abysmal customer service with rude staff at the counter. Needs to get some customer service training and learn to talk in a professional and respectful manner.

Douglas WLocation hard to find, due to the car dealership being intertwined with the U-haul. Parking lot needs to be cleaned up, glass pieces and garbage. Have the oil filled before sending out a truck that says it needs it. Have proper signage on the windows of the building about operating hours and how to return other items besides the vehicles.
