Nozar AI rented a small van on Bradford Street in Barrie at 9 am Sunday, August 23rd. Got the key. Turned the van on. The dashboard message read "right tire needs air "RR." This became MY job. Drove to the closest station (ESSO at Anne x Dunlop) and checked all four tires. The one in question was at 30 (all tires take 70 pounds, the attendant told me). The other three tires were 40 - 60 - 70). I topped them all up. NOT MY JOB. I was not reimbursed.
SANDRA ETruck surged 3 times at a red light. My foot was on the brake and the engine would start revving and it eould jump ahead- luckily I left enough space or The truck would have caused an accident. You could not unlock the drivers door from the outside- you needed to go throgh the passenger door. There was alot of litter on the ground at the lot. The attendant seemed bored and not overly interested.
Kim GFirst assigned a vehicle with broken and non functional indicator light. And then replaced with a vehicle with inaccurate mileage recorded. Overall abysmal customer service with rude staff at the counter. Needs to get some customer service training and learn to talk in a professional and respectful manner.
