We had a reservation booked 2 weeks in advance and then once we arrived to DK home, they did not have the truck size we needed and then told us they made another reservation for us at a different location 15 min away. When we went to the second location, there were no trucks there at all, and we had to scour Indianapolis for a truck. We ended going back to DK homes and had to book 2 smaller trucks for our move, which cost $300 more. It seems like their business model is to not honor reservations that people have and any one can come in and take your truck you have reserved if they get there before you, and DK homes/U-Haul will then just cancel your reservation. Moving days are already stressful enough and this business practice makes me 110% worse.

There was a dead bird in the grill I had to remove. Very gross. I kinda wish that would’ve been checked and cleared. Also the app and website was very slow to not working at all. Outside of those two things everything was good.
