You changed my pickup location. Instructions for pickup said to bring a fully charged cell phone. They said nothing about requiring the haul app be downloaded in order to get the code for the key box. Called number for haul dealer at that location. He had automated answering service and did not take my call so he was useless for assistance. When we eventually got the ignition key we realized the back of the truck was.locked with a padlock! What good is it if it is locked! We tried the same combination as the ignition key and that did not work. I chatted with support in the uhaul.app until it froze and would not respond. We eventually got the owner of the location who informed us he was not in charge of the haul units but he did his best to help us. He eventually had to drive to location and cut off lock. Then we realized our moving blankets we had reserved were not in the truck! Another call to Uhaul support. The solution was for me to call a different number atn7am the next morning and they could help locate blankets for me. This took an hour for us to go pick up blankets and the movers were to be at our house at 8am. Overall, the whole experience stunk.

My only complaint was that you didn't have the equipment at the location I originally requested and it was changed four times before I finally changed from a 10' Truck to a 15' truck to get a closer location. Even with the closer location I was 24 miles over my limit even though I drove from one property to the other without any deviations and then straight to the drop off location. The people at this location were extremely helpful and it was easy to work with them.
