was given truck with hardly any gas in it and had to put 40$ more in it for a drive simply not worth that. They said I will get a fuel credit reimbursement but I doubt it. Customer service at the pickup location was great. However the main location I couldn’t say the same

The driver side sun visor was taped to the ceiling and repeatedly fell as I drove. This is a significant safety hazard because it fell right in front of me and made seeing the road difficult. This truck should have never been rented in this condition.

We thought the tire was low on air so I filled it up after taking delivery. Later down the road realized it was leaking air. Turned a 6 hour drive into an 11 hour drive. Needed some hep, but the people were nice.
