The location staff at U-haul neighbour store was very friendly. Nevertheless a tire monitor fault message appeared in the van rent. Thus it was why I gave only a overall average.

Parked trucks are not easily accessible from store, there were boxes in truck when I rented
Ankalpuria SI showed up to pick up my booked vehicle and found the truck I wanted would not start. Thus, I had to take a smaller vehicle causing issues for extra trips. Going forward, I will try and only go an actual depot.

Rinche SI want to make it very clear that my positive rating is for the dollar store staff and only them. Uhaul as a service and the Uhaul staff that I spoke with over the phone were horrendous. The dollar store staff rectified the problems that were created by the Uhaul staff. I phoned Uhaul customer service because the app wasn’t letting me access my reservation. The person on the phone told me that there was no uhaul truck at the location I made my reservation at because the previous person hadn’t yet returned the truck. She then tried to get me to go to a different pickup location that was over an hour away from me. When I told her that’s out of the question, she transferred me to someone else who told me the uhaul truck IS there and it’s just being cleaned and isn’t ready yet. When I talked to the staff at the dollar store he said the truck has been there the whole time and it’s ready. When he tried to check me in for my rental it wouldn’t let him and the notes said “customer agreed to pick up at another location”!! I NEVER agreed to anything!! So the dollar store staff cancelled the whole thing and just made me a new reservation. This delay wasted over an hour of my time and I had to pay extra for the elevators that I reserved for a specific time for my move. All in all, if I had just gone through the dollar store staff I would have never had any issues. The uhaul staff completely wasted my time and created a problem out of nothing and I was forced to pay for it. I would never recommend this service to anyone but I would absolutely recommend the location.
Tara MI booked a cargo van and utility dolly from this location and neither were available on site. Thankfully the attendants were helpful and were able to book me the truck instead but it would have been disastrous if there hadn’t been an alternate available at that time. I recommend making sure your booking options are up to date in the app.
Karrah PHere is my point out. 1. Quick arrangement of pick up the truck. 2. My selected equipments (utility dolly - 2pcs, 2 dozens of furniture pads) are not available which did not inform me in advance. 3. Provided furniture dolly is too weak which cannot move the furnitures. Difficult to move. It took me extra time for moving. 4. Truck back door is hard to close. 5. Smelly in the driving area. 6. Insufficient gas fuel when start pick up. (1/8 gas at the beginning. I just used half of it, but charged me 1/2 gas fill. I have taken the photo for showing how much gas I have used.

Prashant SI am really disappointed this time. I booked in for 8:30 arrived at around 8:50. Had to wait until 11 o clock or maybe later. I got 2 hours late and could not finish with my needs on time. Did not even recieve dolly or pads although booked for them. I never use any other company but U Haul from a long time since i’ve been here. I have referred alot of my acquaintances and having such a poor experience myself is so disappointing. My whole day went wrong. Monetary losses gained due to job not completed on time. No dolly and pads caused alot of problems. My day got ruined. I sincerely appeal to review this. I don’t want u-haul standards to come down. I want those up to the mark. Always 100% u haul standards.

Patrick BYOUR APP IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I had to go through the check in process 5 TIMES to pick up my key. You scanned the back of my driven license 5 TIMES!!! Every time you got the bar code you froze at 99%!!!! Also why can’t you get my license information and other required personal info BEFORE I arrive at the pick up location? I could’ve done that the night before. Your truck, service, and rates are great. But fire your IT manager and hire someone who actually cares about user experience. You want your app to be part of the recurring revenue generating tool, but it’s doing the opposite. Your app is burning your marketing dollar…

Laura HWorker there were friendly and helpful. Unfortunatly the equipment I picked up in my order were not available at the location. They were blankets left over by the previous usage. But they were left unfolded and all over the place, probably forgotten since I was told there wasn't any available. I had poor customer service with the phone agent who modified my reservation but that something else that I will share in a seperate feedback as it's not related to the location but still wanted to put it out here.
Laurie DI'm not blaming the rental company of the vehicle, however, I believe the customer previous to me was likely transporting a solvent for tiling or flooring or something. The vehicle had a very pronounced chemical smell so intense I had to roll my windows down the entire time I was driving so I wasn't constantly breathing in the fumes. Thankfully, the weather was nice. I trust Dollar N Plus and the van was in good driveable condition. Sometimes people renting their vehicles can be abusive.

Lucas APlease ensure enough parking space for the Uhaul vehicles scheduled to be returned at this location before allowing other customers to change their drop off location to this one. There is very limited space as it is. I'm not sure if this is what happened but it was very full and other non uhaul cars parked also. Also reserved 2 dollies but were not in the truck. Please ensure better accuracy in dolly and other small equipment reservations! Other than that went well. The app is very convenient!

I had booked the van a day ago and it was unacceptable that the system had failed me and let me crossed two cities to got the van I suppose to get in the beginning. I do not appreciate the process and service.

The lock for the rollup door didn’t work. The appliance dolly that was ordered wasn’t supplied as it was rented out to someone else. The truck cab was filthy.

It's what Ridiculous things that I heard in my life, please at first be sure you have that equipment that you have to provide then let customers order it(it's just about wasting time) then please put kind and polite and helpful support person on your team, all persons could copy and paste the routine answers. Navid VI have used U-Haul in the past. But this location was the worst i have ever use! From the start was poor communication for pick up and use of the app. I requested to pick up truck after hours at 6:30am. Was told I would receive a text message for the code to access the key for the truck. Never happened and had to call several day up to close on night before pick up. Would never recommend or go back

Brendan TThe app was malfunctioning, it wasn’t able to scan and progress me through the steps to be able to get the code to unlock the key to the truck. The ordeal took nearly two hours to get my key as the store location I was picking up from wasn’t open yet. By the time I managed to get my key, nothing I had prepaid was in the truck provided to me. I went to ask the store worker when the location opened and he told me that his location doesn’t carry any of the moving supplies I asked for. Which is curious as the equipment I prepaid for was , multiple dollies and 12 moving blankets and nothing was provided. Due to this, I lost valuable time that I had rented in order to complete my move. I am immensely disappointed in my experience with U-Haul. I will be reaching out to express my displeasure and I will be seeking a refund of my entire bill. U-Haul will issue a complete refund if they choose to retain a customer of their product.
Scott HThe truck share option was not very easy to use and very little information was given to me. All it said is that no equipment had been assigned to my reservation. Which is no the best news when you plan a big move and get set back. Even after showing up 45 minutes before pickup time we only received the keys 40 min AFTER the reservation time started. Leaving us with very little time for our scheduled elevator slot at our new place. Additionally I paid for and rented a box trolly and it was no included in the van and no information was given. Not a good experience…

Shomit PCab had garbage all over the place. The loading area wasn’t cleaned either. I also put fuel in the tank but was charged for it anyway. If you expect customers to honor the contract then you should as well. I’ve used U-Haul before but this was by far the worst experience. I would not recommend this location.

NAZIR HThis was the worst experience ever. When I came to pick up the 15 foot truck they did not have it available and I waited around for 45 minutes to finally get a truck that was only 10 feet. I had the elevator booked and movers which meant because of a smaller truck we had to do two trips - double the time and mileage. The agent at dollar n plus in New Westminster said I would not be charged. I went in two days later to follow up to see if the charges would be reversed and he told me I had to contact UHaul. When I did they said they would only give me a $50 refund. Worst experience ever I would highly recommend that you do not rent a u hail and especially from dollar n plus. I will be writing as many reviews as possible
Troy KI wasn’t able to verify the equipment condition and mileage before I started with U-Haul link received via text. I drove about 20km but I’ve been charged for 150km. The km before I started was 14779. Location said they sent it to U-Haul but U-Haul hasn’t returned the overcharge to my credit card yet. I appreciate if U-Haul can return the balance to my credit card soon. Thanks
Punyalal MThe locks on the wall we were supposed to drop your keys are difficult to manage the wall turn the lock plus they’re a little high up on the wall very top when I had to go try to go on my tippy toes on 1 foot and I still didn’t get it thankfully the lady who was in the store still open the back door and I was able to hand her the key… just the only thing was I lost my generation two iPad pencil in the truck somewhere Find it so I have no idea where it fell inside the truck but I don’t know where

According to the attached images, I reserved the equipment without any cost for damage coverage (None Selected). I checked my transactions and bill when delivery of the equipment (Van) was, and the representative' U hall in (Dollar N Plus Cashier) charged me a damage coverage amount of 16$. I explained to him but he told me I could not change it due to the system charging this amount automatically. Please check my order and return the damage coverage charge. NAZIR HIt was very difficult to know that this was a uhaul drop off based on the storefrunt alone. I had to park and go inside the store to ask them if this was the drop off location. Once that was confirmed they were friendly and helpful.
