I ordered this truck for 08:30 because my elevator was booked for 09:30. I arrived to do the self pickup but couldn’t. Called the helpline and they said the truck was not ready for self pickup and I would have to wait for the store to open at 09:30. Strata’s charge extra if you are not moved in the correct time frame.

DIVAKAR MThe 9 foot van was filthy look like it had been on a farm both inside and out. Don’t think it had been cleaned at all in recent months. The people in the shop were helpful, but very busy with their own customers.
