There was stuff sitting in the van from the previous rental for which I had to go back and tell them to remove and it was not clean at all. It took them almost half day to close my rental even though the van was dropped off in the evening a day before. They hardly pick up their phone so you eventually have to stop at their location to discuss anything.
Muhammad DCame to the location, but truck was not ready for us. We had to wait another 45 mins. But we saw the truck was there. Not sure why...
SIMON CA little hard to find. Limited amount of vehicles so parking.
Michael WWe were initially provided the wrong truck (same type, but different ID) but were able to get that corrected without issue. The pads ordered along with the truck were not in the truck, and we had to pull them from storage.
