hard to found the location, because google map, send you a different place. And when we found the location, by the advertisement send us a place where was so hard to find it. and the price for 4hrs was so expensive. $63 more the $10 gas that I put in.

Narinder GWorst experience with this location. I had a 5hr reservation for the uhaul van starting 6pm. My checkin wasnt smooth. The person didnt seem familiar with the process. Then I told the person that I have the uhaul for 5hrs and will be returning at 11pm. He said that you cannot return after hours and you either return by 8pm or have to return tomorrow. I asked him if that would be extra day price and he didnt respond. He said you would have to return 8pm since you cannot park at this parking lot for overnight and he has tk take the van someplace else and he brings them every day when needed. I had to cut my errands short to accompdate to it since this was clearly not mentioned when i was reserved the uhaul This was the worst experience and quite frustrating
Muhammad Honce I checked in online, I had to wait for the store owner to finish blowing up balloons. there was no customer waiting for them. I Guess my time was not valuable.
Narinder GMy experience with this particular location was terrible. I have never seen a business managed so unprofessionally. The manager was not in the shop and asked his employees to not hand over the keys to me even after mentioning that I have completed online check in. The employee kept saying that the manager will be back in some time and I waited for some time. After going back to the shop I was then advised that I have to wait for 1hour until the manager comes back. I had to call U haul customer service 3 times regarding this and all this wasted 45 mins and made me question my choice to go with U haul in the first place. Please look into this and I hope something like this never happens to any other customer. I felt very insulted by the store employee and the manger. I would never recommend a fried or family to consider picking up from this locations. This is also a bad reputation for U haul too. But I would like to thank the customer service team as they were very helpful form the get go. They called the store manager and asked his to hand over the keys.
Robin GThe reception in the store is friendly. The worst experience is with the 24/7 share option which is supposed to be self-service. It takes me almost an hour to finish it. The online service said something is missing and ask me to call for assistance. I stay on the line for 15min to get answered. But the agent is not able to tell what is missing and just manually start the process, it comes back and force for a while. And finally, the agent told me I need to ask the reception for the key, and the reception need to call again to get the password for the key lock...I think this process is really not as efficient as the original checkin service handled by a staff. I would not recommend it to anyone.
