How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt wasn’t the van or the people or even the company. That was the bad experience. It was the price. I had to lie to my mom and tell her that it was 20 bucks a day as it was an advertise like that just for the hidden fees to just come out. I got charged 60 bucks to use something on top of that and then total came to $100. I stayed under the limit of kilometres I needed to use. I just think it’s a rip off when it’s advertised but no one‘s telling you the extra charges that come with it as well I even paid the gas to top it up and did everything right. I could’ve just made multiple trips to the destination rather than pay $100 to do that. Gas would’ve been cheaper to do. Otherwise, it was a great experience. I have no problem with the company. It’s more of the price. I really shouldn’t have had to pay that extra $60 $70.
