It wasn’t the van or the people or even the company. That was the bad experience. It was the price. I had to lie to my mom and tell her that it was 20 bucks a day as it was an advertise like that just for the hidden fees to just come out. I got charged 60 bucks to use something on top of that and then total came to $100. I stayed under the limit of kilometres I needed to use. I just think it’s a rip off when it’s advertised but no one‘s telling you the extra charges that come with it as well I even paid the gas to top it up and did everything right. I could’ve just made multiple trips to the destination rather than pay $100 to do that. Gas would’ve been cheaper to do. Otherwise, it was a great experience. I have no problem with the company. It’s more of the price. I really shouldn’t have had to pay that extra $60 $70.

Munir AI was not happy with my experience here. I am not used to renting vehicles and wasn't sure what to look for. There was not pre trip inspection done and when the truck was returned in good condition, the retailer working with haul noticed a Crack in the windshield. As my daughter had been driving the truck that I reserved in my name I asked her about it and she said that the Crack had been there when she first picked up the truck. I don't know yet, but the vendor indicated that the Crack had not been there when the truck was retired the night before. I am very worried about this especially after my family read the reviews on this particular vendor. Maybe a mandatory inspection when you first take the truck would be a good idea.
