Remove the Washington location they were a disappointment and didn't have a truck ready to go

Very friendly, the listened about my problems at the pick up site. They apologized for the problem there even though it wasn’t their fault. I felt like they cared about Uhaul’s reputation and quality. I would definitely use them again.

All the staff at the Vincennes Doll Motel & Uhaul are beyond helpful and provide some of the finest customer service of Uhauls for our non-profit organization when we need a truck. Thank you all!

I was working on doing the self check in and struggling and though it was Sunday, the attendant came to greet me and assist me with the return. After a loading, driving 650 miles and unloading his assistance was very much appreciated!

The staff at the Vincennes Dolls Motel - Uhaul are awesome! Beyond helpful, always have the trucks in excellent shape, and are just good people to work with. Thank you for helping us always have a truck ready for us when we need one for our non-profit animal rescue. Thanks too for the great service!!!

Don't let the exterior corridor motel appearance fool you. Great service at the desk, verified everything that I did online. Explained the differences of 10 ft truck vs 15 ft truck, such as ramp, return of vehicle etc

It was almost an hour past the time of booking that I received my truck as there was no one there to receive my keys Talked to 3 different people first one transfered me the 2nd one hung up on me. The 3rd one talked to the owner lady on her house phone. Than I spent another 30 min just warming it, and using my de icer up enough to see as it was the only vehicle not cleaned and covered in snow and ice. So than when I could see proceeded to go start hour and half later only to get there and the back of the trailer froze over the lock and latch thing on the back. So bad I had to go to the store and get more deicer than it took two of us to get the door open once we finally got the locker to finally move. So 2 hours of the time were taken up just messing with this vehicle. Than I get back only to get a charge for being 2 miles over even tho I had our gas in the truck, but I didn't alot for going to the gas station to get more deicer to get the back door to open. So all around had to go spend more money just to be able to use the truck the way it was intended, and than no sorry about all this, no here let me see if I can discount you for your troubles nothing. So I would rate u haul as a whole 1/5 the only person that helped was the 3rd person I talked to in the helpline. I wouldn't recommend anyone to uhaul at all just on the fact that I never received so much as an apology, or anything to for all the inconvenience.

The representative behind the desk was courteous and knowledgeable about U-haul. She made the process easy and timely. The truck was clean and drove without any mechanical issues. If I need a u haul again, I will return.

I was scheduled to return the truck to the Washington, Indiana location but had to drive 30 miles out of my way to turn it in at this shady location in Vincennes, Indiana. I received a $50 credit, but wish I could have just returned it where it was scheduled to begin with.

Workers plain down rude. Was made and complaining about me getting a trailer because it was sprinkling. Was shut taking the whole time doing the trailer. Very rude workers

I got charged for a full day and for damage protection when my trailer was returned 30 min late. Would make sense if someone has it reserved but that wasn’t the case.

Overall the service and the location was all right but we didn't get the truck at the location that we requested and then we had to pay for the mileage to go after we picked it up come back to where we was and to return it 18 miles extra we had to pay for round trip they wouldn't give us a break on the extra mileage we had to pay for it otherwise we would have been below our mileage

The drop off is a run down motel, the people were nice and very helpful. Just a little concerned at first pulling into a place like that. Overall the people were nice and helpful so that was a plus!

The man that waited on us was rude, told us we could make better choices, and talked to us like we were completely stupid. The equipment we reserved was not available and all were give was a shoulder shrug. I will never rent a truck from there again. We probably won't use U-Haul at all again.

Mike and his family provide exceptional service and are ready to assist our non-profit in short notice anytime we need a truck asap. Equipment is always clean and well maintained. They also offer excellent hours of service and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

I want an itemized bill of charges sent to my email. My daughter paid for this latest use and something is not correct. We were charged for a dolly and we did not rent one.

When I went to pick up my reservation I was told I couldn't because the worker had quit and the person running it didn't know how. I wasn't leaving without getting my dolly. They finally found someone that was able to do the uhaul stuff. After that my dolly had a flat tire. The guy put air in it and said I would be fine. Needless to say Miles down the road I had a flat. I had to call roadside assistance leave my car and dolly on the side of the highway over night. My rental was for 24hrs. They said I wouldn't be charged for bringing it back 6hrs late. But they went ahead and charged me for 3 days and 14hrs when I most definitely didn't even have the equipment for 48 hrs. I've talked to multiple ppl never got my money back. So I called the rental place and told them aka Dolls motel they just hang up when I tell them what happend.

The mobile return for my truck did not work. Records indicated I still had the truck 2 days after I had returned it with no email receipt. I called TWICE and spoke with TWO separate u-Haul representatives, who did NOTHING to help with my problem. Absolutely nothing. Diane was the first and Tempest was the second. All they did was forward my issue to the location of the drop off whose issue it wasn’t in the first place. The issue is with U-Haul company and their mobile app that chooses to not work. I’m very disappointed with my experience and will not be recommending using the service to anyone in the future. Do better I know you can. It’s not about the money.

The first time I dropped of here the lady was very friendly and kind. This week when I expressed tje 3 issues above to the attendant, he said “well You didn’t pick it up here, we often get issues like that. I will be picking up my 3rd rental this week. Overall the experience has been good.

Cracked windshield and the door seal kept falling off. In the end I shuved it under the seat. Very annoying
