the attendant was nice but seemed a bit confused about the whole process. we had reserved a 15-foot truck and when we went to pick it up were told that they didn't have a 15 foot truck but they had a 10 foot truck. no one notified us ahead of time. then when she went to switch it she couldn't find the truck in the system and discovered that she had never checked it in when it was returned the day before.
