Having a larger parking area for equipment would be nice. The trailer I rented was just off the asphalt and you had to manhandle it to get it on the asphalt.

KATHRYN CWell I received a uhaul message that sent me to the wrong area for drop off and was notified almost a month later that it was not at the right location and when I called the number provided I was told they had no idea what they were doing and gave me a number to a manager who never answered the call so I had to have my father grab the trailer and take it to the correct spot and then got charged over a thousand dollars then finally got the manager to answer and she said she'd look into it and nope just another charge a couple days later no call back nothing.
