Cab smelled. I ordered a truck from a different location. When I got there, there was no truck. Had to go to another location to get the truck.
JOHN DIt's a bit remote and hard to locate and find office. Once they get you signed in and posted to the lot. Great service and they help assured me ahead of time my equipment would me there as reservation request. Great service.
H SHad issues getting the trailer rented. It was the software site and not the staff. The trailer toungue was damaged and very hard to aattach to th ball on my hitch. When I checked the connections at my first stop, I was able to mlift the trailer off th hitch and could not cet it to seat correctly.
Larry WUnorganized and discourteous. Truck was not on lot. Had reservation for 2 months and did not get right sized truck that I reserved. Had to drive to another location to get truck.

Spoke to gentleman that works there and he said they don’t mark damage on “in town trucks” When I said something to him about the truck being dirty he said if I didn’t like it to park the truck and go ficking somewhere else!
CHRISTOPHER AI was instructed to get a larger trailer, I’d requested the motorcycle trailer, if I wanted to leave it at my destination, instead of driving with it back. Then I was charged double the one way drop off fee, after discussing pricing and everything. My bill went from $70 to like $600. That is not reasonable or really acceptable even.

When the truck I reserved was sitting in there parking lot. Would never recommend this location nor will I ever be using it again

MARIAH AThis place has no place to park the U Haul. The address they use directs you to the office. The office has sign in the lot telling you not to park units in lot but no guidance as to where you should park. The is a large area a few blocks away with a lot of U Haul units but no signage stating over flow UHaul use. Getting the U Haul trailer off the hitch was very difficult as there was no tung jack on the U Haul trailer making it almost impossible to pull out from under. I strained my back lifting it off the hitch.

KATHLEEN KI ordered an appliance dolly, the uhaul didn't have it in the truck. Also the check engine light was on in the truck. Plus no where to park the uhaul when we were done because the lot was small and congested. We did manage to move it in the right spot because someone else was moving there uhaul out. But I was charged 10.00 for a dolly I didn't get. The office was closed yesterday so I couldn't get a dolly from anyone.

My only comment relates to the initial odometer reading and the initial fuel gauge reading: both readings were noticeably different than what I recorded directly from the dashboard display. However, the discrepancies did not matter much in the end, because the final miles-traveled for which I was charged was satisfactorily close to what I actually drove.
WILLIAM HYou charged me for an extra day which is BS. I brought it back on a Sunday, a few hours after 9am, no one is renting it on a Sunday so who cares. Total BS. Will never rent from uhaul again
DARIN CThe lot is across the road from the rental office which makes crossing that road on foot hazardous. The couple in the office was very helpful. They were dealing with computer issues. They were nice to work with. The vehicle could use a good interior cleaning, but I have high standards for cleanliness.

Although basically clean, I wasn't confident everything like the oil, etc was checked ahead of rental.'

PIPIET LThis location was easy to get to and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We did have to go to a secondary location down the road a ways to get the trailer we rented, but it wasn't hard. Just a tad unexpected. The person that helped us actually got in her vehicle and drove to that ssecond location so we could follow and not get lost and also waited while we hooked up to make sure we didnt have trouble.
CHARA MPickup and drop off was very smooth. The gentlemen and lady managing the place were very friendly and helpful. The 20 ft truck I rented was in great shape. The price for a 1 day local rental was very reasonable. In general a very satisfactory rental experience.

MICHELE SIt took them days to check the truck in. They’ve had to call me several occasions, trying to find the truck when it was where it was supposed to be the whole entire time and I took pictures. Then I asked when they called me again, I had to clarify it again then they said everything was fine and then I will owe no further charges. Then I get a surprise payment on my account. I am floored.
TYLER SPer comments above, please add tongue jacks to all trailers, especially since for a self-service return the trailer must be disconnected and manually lifted off the vehicle by the renter, who may not always have the strength to do this.

David WDrop off location is confusing.
DANIEL GTires were low on the trailer so we had to stop to put air in. Not a huge inconvenience, but it would have been nice not to have to stop.
JASON HMy only comment/complaint with the location was when I picked up the truck after hours, I had to back it out of the location that it was parked. There was a 26' truck in front of the one assigned to me, and no way to get around it, so we had to maneuver the truck assigned to us out from behind and beside other trucks that were parked very close. This required that we back out on to a dark road, while it was raining, and the road was somewhat busy at that time of the evening. Getting logged in via the app, obtaining the key, and locating the truck were all straightforward, but the getting the truck out of the lot was the worst part because of where it had been left for us to pick it up.

VICTORIA KThis is the second time we rented from this location and the experience was just as smooth as before. We cannot recommend Dominion Land and Auction highly enough. Friendly, down-home people, but very experienced, efficient, and knowledgeable.
