I wasn't happy that my moving van had 5/16 tank of fuel in it! I filled it up and had way too much gas when I reached my designation! I lost over 1/2 tank of fuel because I over fueled it had no idea what fuel mileage I would get plus how much fuel it would take to get to my designation! It should have been released to me in a full tank and returned with a full tank! That way I wouldn't lose my money in lost fuel!!!!! That part was a very negative experience for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to drop off the trailer before the company opened, but I called and the woman who answered was very nice and reported that she saw the trailer and would check it in at the time. I appreciated their flexibility in letting me drop it off early!

The actual uhaul was fine and served its purpose, but the staff was rude and inattentive, and did not explain the process at all. I received a key and walked around the parking lot for 5min before coming back to ask how to identify the vehicle. The rep ignored me during our conversation to answer questions from her daughter as if I were not there, and did not explain the billing process or drop off process. Fine for uhaul services terrible for customer service.

Where do I start? First off I reserved a van three weeks ago. Right before my move date, the original location was moved to this place and they did not have my van - but would "upgrade" me to a larger cab-over "at no additional cost". Well, that is not what happened. I had to point out the charge was $19.95, not $29.95 - she did refund $10, but overcharged me .30/mile which I paid but did not discover until later. This location has no signage - we drove around for 10 minutes trying to locate the office. Overall - not impressed and definitely not happy.

Great job working with me! A little strange making the reservation, the initial confirmation said there were no 10' options, which is what I wanted, but this location clearly had them. But the location and people here were fantastic.

Things were better than expected. The only suggestion for improvement is to put a visible sign to find the rental office. The office is not at the location location as the trucks are parked.

We rented a truck for 2 days and paid $40 for a dolly. We didn't use the dolly and that's on us. But we turned in the truck a day early and we're still charged for 2 days. If this is the policy, it is poor and the opposite of keeping customer's interest first. We were told, not only did we have to pay for 2 days regardless of just using it 1 day, we went slightly over our free miles so we owed you an additional $11! I guess I will have to try Ryder or Penske next time in the hopes of not being overcharged.

This location looked like a dump. We were not sure where the location was or where to park. The parking lot was dirty. I would have second thought of renting from this location.

We were originally scheduled to do a direct on-line check in pickup. The web information never functioned properly. An attendant at the site was very helpful to get us checked in and on the road. Once we picked up the truck from a dirt lot, I drove the vehicle 3 miles to the loading location. Once the truck was loaded I drove the vehicle 3 more miles to the unloading destination. I found that one of the two rear tires on the rear passenger side had a damaged wheel rim and a hole in the tire sidewall over one inch in diameter. Spent over 25 minutes on telephone being on hold and being passed from one department to another. Once a service provider was arranged, the driver arrived within an hour. The driver came prepared and replaced the entire tire and rim in twenty minutes. When we returned the truck, we could not perform the post rental on line check in because the program would not recognize our location for verification. Wasted twenty minutes trying to get this to work. Finally, I made contact with a representative and got the vehicle checked back in. Very frustrating transactions. The human interactions were the only things that worked correctly. Old school business methods worked just fine.
