Donald BThank goodness for these two fabulous ladies at this location. We traveled to from NJ to move my daughter’s things from one apartment to another. I had reserved a van before making the trip. When we were about an hour away I received a text that said they did not have a van for me and to call a 800 number. After an hour on the phone they said nothing was available in the area because they over booked vans. I made my way to the dominion land and auction location. The ladies were a great help. They found the mistake made by the reservations app and got me the van to move my daughter. If it weren’t for them my trip would have been wasted. Thanks again to those two great ladies. Oh and the had Ice cold water for us after moving in the heat.
Thomas HWas told I could not get the truck size reserved without paying an additional $15. Had to settle for an older larger one.
MICHAEL SAlthough there was some misunderstanding at the beginning, the staff handled the situation very sincerely afterward, and we felt that it was a wonderful experience overall.
