Renting this vehicle was a horrible experience. Moving is stressful enough without adding a disaster with the moving van. We booked a pick up 20 minutes away from our home for 8 in the morning. Arranged to have helpers to load at that time. Pick up was changed to 10:30 am at a location 1.5 hours away. Our help was unavailable at that later time. We had rented furniture pads and a furniture dolly only to be told when we picked the truck that they didn’t have any.
