I was Domo location and the Little Chiefs location. I am familiar with both of these businesses but not as a pickup or drop off for UHaul. The Domo location is hard to access and difficult to maneuver a trailer in.

Mona Fplease assert that if you dont return on time you will be penalized somehow. i didnt notice how urgent the return time needed to be adhered to ,and i was a bit late getting back. mabye make a claim on the webaite that if you dint return in time you would be charged a fee. i would have been on time . i thought it was arbitrary. because u let me select the time. get it ? call me for more details i can help fix the broken experiance

Joni AI was told there would be someone to help me lift the trailer off my hitch, but the man in the DOMO said he couldn't help me so I had to use my wife and son to barely get the trailer off the hitch. Again, shocked there are no trailer jacks attached. Very narrow area to back the trailer into. Would have been very challenging for someone with little backing experience. Man at DOMO very had to understand his directions. Not an ideal drop off locaiton.
