I was told there would be someone to help me lift the trailer off my hitch, but the man in the DOMO said he couldn't help me so I had to use my wife and son to barely get the trailer off the hitch. Again, shocked there are no trailer jacks attached. Very narrow area to back the trailer into. Would have been very challenging for someone with little backing experience. Man at DOMO very had to understand his directions. Not an ideal drop off locaiton.

Difficult to maneuver in and out of the parking lot. Clientele in the area we're not people I would want my family around. The overhead door stuck open and required roadside assistance, which luckily, was available and was great to deal with. Customer service was good all throughout but location.... Not so much.
Lon SThis was my first experience. I'm very pleased. Everything was simple and I had no complaints about the trailer. All the guys were very friendly. It was easy to pick up the trailer and easy to return. The trailer was in good condition. The trip was 3,000 km. No problems. I recommend it.

Shaelyn LOriginally wanted a 15ft but decided that it was a little small so I ordered a 20ft or so I thought. When I picked it up I was told that all there was available was the 15 ft. Worked out ok so no problem. I was also told that I would be contacted to let me know where to pick up the rental unit. There was no call so the day before I had to call the 1-800 line to find out where to pick up the truck. I also went to the location and was told they had no idea where my truck would be. Overall the service was well below what I have experienced with other u-haul locations.
