I flew from Omaha to Atlanta and then drove back to Omaha. I have probably rented 4 uhauls this year. I had reserved this U-Haul weeks in advance. If I didn't have such a tight schedule I would not have run it this you all at all. It was very dirty and smelled like smoke. I'm pretty upset and even got the u-haul back to Omaha 4 days earlier than anticipated

Not rent from Domontra period! Stop charging fraudulent fees. My contract was signed around 615, however I had to wait on some man to meet me with the keys. Did not actually take possession of the truck till around 6:45. Return the truck back around 6:30 to the key guy and was charged for 2-days. But no compensation for me waiting 30 mins for the key guy. Then they added insurance which I had declined, glad I looked over my receipt. Not only that, they charge $25 cleaning fee for 2 baby leaves and a small amount of white debris that they probably could have blown off the truck with their breath. I have never seen anyone so desperate for a dollar or 20% of a sale ( mr key guy)! I Will make a report with BBB if the fraudulent are not removed and reimburse!

The truck provided had a pants belt, a waffle fry, and paper waste in the drivers area. The larger issue is that the passenger side mirror was completely loose and would turn upon any momentum change. This is a major safety issue. It is unfortunate that I was a little over an hour late on returning my vehicle, but this line item price should be discounted due to my safety being compromised by faulty uhaul equipment.

Due to the request all of the equipment was not available. The location should only be used for local rental. Long distance rental the equipment I requested was not there, no one took the time to assist me. The reservation was c hanged multiple times and no communication the service over all was horrible. The Tampa location gave me superior service. Which I should have had in Georgia

When I went into the Laundry Mat where the Truck was to be Dropped-off, the guy didn't inform me that I should leave the key in the U-Haul Box and he would check it in later. There were two other Trucks parked there so I parked in between them. I returned the Truck clean, but I was charged for returning the TRUCK dirty! To improve service for the next customer: Let the customer return the rental to a U-Haul company store an issues a receipt for the returned condition !

Have trucks serviced regularly. My rentals needed an alignment and the tire light was on. But overall the process was smooth except for the 19.95 special should be removed

I never had to use a storage center before so when I needed to move my personal belongings I chose some place close to home. This U Haul agent is amazing, he cares. He makes the difference. He is efficient, and customer service is exceptional.

The communication during both the check in and checkout process was horrible. The gas hand did not match documentation sent in email, I was charged for a second day on all equipment, as well as insurance coverage that I didn't request. An 80 charge went to 250 without any explanation from the service provider other than call UHAUL.

I was charged for 4 days and my rental was for 3. I was charged a $40 CDW that was not explained to me. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. The van was clean when I returned it. I swept it out before returning it. I will never go back to that location.

Hello, the contract that was given to me did not reflect the amount of gas that was originally in the vehicle. When I returned, I was charged an additional fee for the uhaul representative's previous mistake.

I have never had such a terrible experience from any company ever. I booked a 15 ft. truck w furniture dolly, hand truck and 1 doz pads. At 2PM I was given a 20 ft truck with no equipment, I was then told to go to a location IN THE TRUCK I RENTED to pick up the items. The place was closed and I received a call to go to another location, while I was driving the truck my daughter and I noticed a smell of exhaust. When I arrived at the 2nd location to pick up the items I was told my only option was to take the truck back or call roadside service. I was in the process of moving my office furniture from a location that was only giving me 2 days to move it. During this time I was informed my sister passed away and I was called to South Carolina for her preparation. I needed to move this furniture by that day. I had hired a company and paid for 5pm -7pm to load my office and put it in my storage. At 3pm I still had no equipment, I was in an unsafe vehicle because of the smell of exhaust and the jerking. I was afraid to drive in now rush hour traffic the distance. In addition I was told the equipment had been reserved by another and they would not be able to give me any. After sitting and waiting more than an hour I was told I would be charged 1 day for the vehicle I was in even though I had not gone anywhere but from Uhaul location to Uhaul location. And I would be charged for an additional vehicle. THAT IS PROPOSTEROUS!!!! I work at American Airlines and understand customer service as a customer care professional myself. I decided to leave, I drove with the windows down, in order not to breathe in exhaust. When I picked up the truck it had only enough gas to get me to the second location and I had to put gas in it to drive to where my office. I did take a photo. When I arrived the movers I had paid for had been waiting 1 hour. I had only 1 hour to load the furniture and no one to unload when I arrived at my storage. This required me to keep the truck overnight, pay another company to unload. When I received my receipt I was on the way to So Carolina to bury my sister. I only returned Tuesday evening. I am totally disgusted that I was charged $74 for gas when the gas that was used was used to travel to 2 Uhaul locations for something that should have been in the truck. I was forced to pay for additional time because of the 1 1/2 hour wait to resolve the issue of the truck maintenance and I ended up driving a truck w questionable maintenance at 40mph because of the jerking. And then had no one to unload it because I wasted time at the 2nd location with no resolution. I am not paying $74 for gas, I am not paying for the additional day. I have disputed this with my bank and will not cover any additional charges other than mileage and 1 day rental. I will also be giving a review to YELP, INSTAGRAM AND The Better Business Bureau.
