There needs to be a direct line for customer support where the customer can be heard with an actual complaint and not confined to a few preauthorized questions created by Uhaul.MIchael H.

The guys were super helpful and eager to make the whole experience seamless. It shows because the lot was clean, secure, and they literally did ALL of the work hooking my trailer and taking it off. When I pulled in to return the trailer they ran out to help guide me and then took the trailer off my hitch within 30 seconds. I felt like F1 racer at a pit stop. This has been my best U-Haul experience thus far. 10/10 would go out of my way to rent through this location.Adam S.

I was afraid to go into the office. The odor coming from inside gave me a rush! The whole experience with U-Haul on Sunday was absolutely horrible. Not just this location, but in Greenville, the other U-Haul location that I had to go to to pick up the appliance dolly and the absolute failure in my discussions with the Traffic department. I would rethink using U-Haul again.David S.
My Uhaul experience was unacceptable for multiple reasons. The padding that I payed for was not available at my location of pick-up. The Uhaul's drivers door literally did not have a key hole and the key didn't work to unlock the passenger door so I got locked out of the Uhaul. When I arrived in NY, I had to sleep in the driver's seat because I didn't want to leave my belongings in an unlockable Uhaul until I moved into my residence the next morning. Trying to return my Uhaul, the only options gave me two locations the choose from to drop off the Uhaul, the closest being 45 minutes away. I called Uhaul to find a closer location and (Bronx) and the front desk worker said that the Manager Edward would call me back to adjust my bill for the unacceptable charges, he never called. I've utilized Uhaul before but after this experience, I will have to use another company. This experience could not have been much more unprofessional.Koree H.
