First, this was supposed to be easy. I show up an hour early at the first location. They explained why I didn’t have a truck and asked if I’d go to this location. Because that’s my truck. I agree. Once I arrive, I quickly realize no one is actually working. So I called back and forth, was told he just stepped out. 20,30 min later, past my pick up time. The guy shows up. He warned me for parking in a handicap spot. I had to explain myself to him, and it was awkward. And yes I have handicap parking tag with disabled veteran license plates. This was supposed to be easy… I returned truck with no issues. He encouraged me to keep it all night. I said no. And he kept offering. The worst part is the first location employees later told me the store I used is always bad. So they knew ? U-Haul knows? What was easy about this? Love U-Haul. I’ll use y’all again. Just not this location.
