I have already submitted a complaint but this is one of the worst run U-Haul locations I've ever rented from and my family has been using you guys for 15 years. I was charged an additional 167$ for bringing the trailer back the following morning even after contacting the store owner. The owner essentially forced us to take the trailer a day early as to not inconvenience his schedule the following day and then changed all the dates around after the transaction was complete. Horrible experience and caused me to close a credit card because of fraud charges being made by this location.
