I ordered a U-Haul from one location the day before they give me another location, the order was totally screwed up, I had one way to Hudson they had one way to Tampa, I didn’t get my dolly, and I was charged for fuel which I left not than they had in there and the miles weren’t on me, and they charged my card for fuel UNACCEPTABLE, then I bounce back and forth with the two companies that don’t know what’s going on, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES AGAIN!!!!!
