First U-Haul change our pick up Address, then we been 40 minutes waiting por release because the app never works and the same when we want to return

⭐️⭐️ Very Disappointing U-Haul Experience I was very disappointed with the service I received during my recent U-Haul rental. I picked up my truck at Done Right Automotive Services, and when I arrived, there was no one available to assist me with the pickup or properly go over the truck with me. I had to call a phone number posted on the door just to figure out what I needed to do. I found this extremely frustrating, especially when renting a vehicle and expecting someone to be available to make sure the pickup process goes smoothly and that everything is properly documented. The return experience was also disappointing. When I returned the truck, I was informed that cash could not be used for payment. This was frustrating because I would have expected the payment options and any restrictions to be clearly communicated before I completed the rental. Overall, I did not feel that I received the level of customer service I expected from U-Haul. Having to handle the pickup myself with no representative present and then being surprised by the payment restriction made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. I hope U-Haul will review how this location is handling customer pickups, returns, and communication about payment options. Customers deserve a smoother and more transparent experience.

Location is a bit confusing. Truck was nowhere near the key lockbox. Also I ordered a Dolley and it was not in the truck
