Don was fabulous. U Haul was a nightmare. I was getting calls from various U Haul reps saying the rental I had secured with Don was not available. Daily getting calls that my rental had been changed.. location changed... I went personally to Don.. fortunately I had asked for his cell number. He assured me I was all set. I have used UHaul before ... Many times... First time for a very unsettling experience with Corporate confusion. Again Don was fabulous.
