ANATASIA BNot sure how I like this new app way. It took up a lot of time of the rental time period we have to give you. I have to take pics then upload them, I should be able to take a pic from the app to save time and not have to delete them off my phone later. I did not get a finial receipt ether and I need that for this account, as we have to show use as a trustee over this account.

Service was fast and the person helping me was knowledgeable and showed me how to easily open the door, safely use the trailer, and he made the experience MUCH easier and more positive than an experience I had at another, closer location. I will use this location for future U-haul rentals. Thank you!

Quincy HWhen I made the reservation the website made me enter our company credit card. It showed the reservation was completed and the card was on file. When I called to confirm the reservation the gentleman was very rude. He stated my credit card was not on file and that the owner of the practice would need to come with me to pick up the rental. He was very unprofessional and when I showed up he didn't bother to apologize for the poor customer service. i will never use this location again for our corporate needs.

Dustin WThe owner Don Gabe went above and beyond to ensure that a 26' truck was available at his location on Friday for pickup at my scheduled reservation time. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Dons Car Care both for Uhaul rental and any automotive service needs. I will rent Uhaul again from this location.
Brant FU-Haul needs to be more pro-active in notifying a customer when their pickup location changes (phone call, e-mail, or BOTH!) I went to the first location where I requested to pick up (ABCO, Gahanna OH) and was told I needed to go to the "U-Haul on East Main Street" - but I was not given an address. So, I googled it and went to a second location (3500 E. Main), waited in line for 20 minutes, only to find out mt truck was at a DIFFERENT U-Haul on East Main Street (4915 E. Main). I wasted about an hour and a half of my time AND drove extra miles out of my way for my equipment (which I was charged for). If I had picked up from the original location that I requested, I wouldn't have had to drive an extra 20 miles out of my way. It's very disappointing that U-Haul changed my pickup location without letting me know by phone or e-mail.

Christopher MI rented from a specific location and they sent me to another location that was about 15 minutes down the road. I wasn't pleased with the change of location. The second location was not open on the return date and there was the issue of the pads not getting stolen on return. If I can't get a return location that will be open I will not rent from uhaul again.
Mark AI was charged 1.9 gals gas charge for 5.1 miles and this was after I put in a gallon of gas.. I know the gas needle was on full when I returned the vehicle. I also know a vehicle shouldn't burn 3 gallons of gas traveling only 5.1 miles. If the gas mileage is that bad then something is wrong with the truck. I think the u haul store just added additional cost thinking I would've not noticed the additional charges UNFAIRLY OVER CHARGED I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THIS STORE LOCATION. THE MANAGEMENT BASICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR AND BLEW OFF MY CONFLICT WITH THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES
