The drop off location was randomly closed. There were zero instructions and everything looked sketchy. Will never be back to drop off a U-Haul or use this business as they clearly don’t care about customers.

We had to do the pickup online because the business was closed. I had the driver's license scanned and payment set up in the app before I arrived. We had to redo the information 3 more times after we arrived and then wait for someone to verify the information, which the system said would be an hour wait. I arrived 20 minutes early expecting a little paperwork, but it took an hour and 15 minutes for us to get the truck. In the meantime, I had movers waiting.
Gregory EHours for Sunday stated that it was open but nobody was there at the business. I dropped off anyways.
