Great truck, excellent experience. pick-up and drop-off quick and painless.
Henry CRelpace the tire straps on auto transports. New vehicles come stock with larger tires. We had to let most of the air out of our stock Jeep Wrangler Moab tires and even that the straps barely made it to the ratchets . Please buy new front straps for the auto transports

TIMOTHY PRental location was excellent. Trailers should have a tongue jack would assist in hitching and unhitching.
Craig PTrailer was not well maintained and a safety hazard. There was broken glass on it and it looked like it was in an accident at some point. Please rent equipment that is not a safety hazard.

Stephen MIncredible service! I will recommend anyone/everyone I know to Don's Garage. They were super helpful and repaired a difficult leaking tire. They worked hard on it and could have easily sent me on my way or to another location, but they said, "it was the right thing to do."

Edward SLocation experience was awesome. However, when reserving online the site automatically added several add-ons to my cart at check. Thankfully, I caught it before hitting the button to check out. Though I'm sure the add-ons are great and convenient for some, I found this to be a bit out of line.

michelle zMaybe the weather had something to do with it but this place is very dark and dirty. It felt creepy to me. Also even though I returned the truck with more gas than when I picked it up and hours earlier than it was due, I was charged an extra 13 cents for being .03 over my allotted miles. One would think that the extra gas would have covered the 13 cents.
Danice MPassenger door kept coming unlattched. My wife could not ride in truck. Kind of defeated the purpose when she had to drive SUV could have just pulled my trailer and made 2 trips

AL KThe 6x12 trailers need to have jack attached, so to mount on hitch. This trailer is way to heavy for one person to lift. I needed assistance to put on back of my vehicle.

ALLYSON RI live a mile from this uhaul/pig sty. He was not open yet at 9:30 am I had to wait on your 800 number for 20 minutes. Then when I checked one location on yp it said the location was to open at 3:00pm. So naturally it must be the uhaul 10 miles down the road. WRONG, I had to drive back to the first location and they do not know why yp says that. Then the chains would not fit my Chevy truck, we had to devise a way to make them work. When I returned the trailer to Capac he never came out of the bldg. I had to find a parking spot and unhook the trailer myself. Really!! I lost time and money today, you lost a customer.
