We were made to wait for an extended period. There was no one there who knew how to check us out, even though we scheduled a time online to pick up. It was almost an hour wait. Then there were extra charges that were not listed on the website. There was a $100 "refundable" charge for using our debit card instead of a credit card. We only received $74 back. I was very displeased and will probably make different moving choices in the future based on the hidden charges alone.
