April FThe location is fine. I had requested a counter check-in but no one was in the office, so I pivoted pretty easily to app check-in. The app requires entering all the same info as when reserved online, which is a little frustrating. My biggest feedback is that the cargo van smelled like excrement. It was clear that it had not been cleaned between the last renter and me. I appreciated that it was newer (~10,000 miles) and everything worked well.
Jonathan PIt was an easy check in and out. The only concern was I had were the breaks.. you had to push really hard to break the tuck, more than normal.
